Description
George Neet/Need/Nead/Neat (d. 1827) was a Revolutionary War veteran. He moved from Pennsylvania to Frederick County, Maryland in 1745 where his wife, Magdalen had their first son, John (1763-1830). Descendants and relatives lived also in Indiana, Kentucky, Iowa, California, Oregon and elsewhere.

William Braden (ca. 1770-1825) was born in Co., Tyronne, Ulster, Ire. About 1791, he married Euphemia Jackson (ca. 1773-1868) and two years later with an infant son, they immigrated to America. At least three children were born in Penn., before they migrated to Scott Co., Ky. where seven more children were born. In 1820, they migrated to Fugit twp., Decatur Co., Ind. where they both died.

David Jacks, son of Nicholas Jacks and Jane (?) was born 27 October 1795 in Surry County, North Carolina. He married Rachel Johnson, daughter of William Johnson and Mary Parks, 16 June 1821. In 1827, David and Rachel, their son Thomas Mastin Jacks, and daughters Alzena and Jane Jacks, moved with other members of the Jacks clan to Jackson County, Alabama.
