Description
Christopher Monical (1762-1851) and his wife, Mary (Maryan) were married ca. 1787. They had six children, 1788-1802. He and his brothers, Rev. Peter Monical (1772-1836) and George Monical (b. 1776), were living in Nicholas County, Kentucky, in 1810, and migrated to Indiana a few years later. Christopher died at Salem, Washington County, Indiana. Descendants lived in Indiana, Illinois, California, and elsewhere.

Michael Boyles (ca. 1763-after 1850), a Revolutionary War soldier, was born near Morristown, New Jersey, the son of Charles Boyles (1722-1813), a native of Ireland. His family migrated to Hampshire County, Virginia, while he was serving in the militia, and he followed them there. He is probably buried near Moatsville, West Virginia. His grandson, John Lassen Boyles (1838-1884), was born on Cove Run, Moatsville, the son of Richard Boyles (b. 1805)....
