Friedrich Mohr (1745-1819), eldest son of Herman Mohr, was born in Skippach, Pennsylvania. He married Catherine Bogert (1750-1821). Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Pennsylvania.

Records collected by Norma Trowell on the Langdon, Mohr, Mohler, lines who settled in the midwest. There is substancial material included on the Trowell line. She has not tied all the material into her lines but it is a record of her findings for the last 30 years.

Philip Werner Weisz (ca. 1839-1894), immigrant ancestor of this family, was born in Russia, a son of Johannes and Elizabeth Werner. His grandparents Bernard Werner and Anna Barbara Walker had migrated to Russia from Germany in 1805. He married Anna Marie Burchardt (b. 1843) in Russia. They had six children. Mary Ann Pulver Van Leuven's parents were possibly Henrick Pulver (1738- ca. 1787) and Anna Valentine Schafer (b. 1737) of New York. Traces Henrick's and Anna's lines back several generations. Includes a chart of all the Pulvers the author could find who were married at the time of Mary Ann's birth in 1768.

Charles Louis Selleneit was born 6 January 1831 in Bergamon, East Prussia. His parents were David Selleneit and Sharlotta Kerchenheimer. He married Anna K. Horn, daughter of George Horn and Henrica Korp, in 1867 in New York City, New York. They had nine children. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in New York, Minnesota, North Dakota, Montana, Washington, Utah and California.

Martin Armbruster (1851-1929) was born in Austria. He married Elizabeth Trithardt in 1875 in Russia. In 1889 they emigrated from Galitzan, Austria to the Maple Creek area in Canada. They later moved to Neudorf, Saskatchewan. Elizabeth died in 1893 and Martin married Caroline Bender (1874-1951). John Betzen (1843-1925, son of Wilhelm Betzen, emigrated about 1870 from Germany to Minnesota, returned to Germany to marry Elizabeth Stalpes, and immigrated in 1884/1885 to St. Mark, Kansas. His brother, Peter Betzen (1846-1924), immigrated in 1871 to New Trier, Minnesota and in 1875 moved to St. Mark, Kansas.
