Description
To use the information in these order books, consult not only the index, but scroll the microfilm to the end of the volume to locate additional entries. The microfilm operators do not microfilm blank pages, but the researcher needs to look at the last entries in the ledger to see if entries exist that are out of sequence. Examine each volume inventory sheet for comments unique to that volume.
