Steven Coerte VanVoorhees was born in about 1599 in Hees, Drenthe, Netherlands. He married Aaltjen Wessels in about 1625 and they had four children. He married Willempie Roelofse Seubering in about 1649 and they had six children. They emigrated in 1660 and settled in Amersfort, New York. Steven died in 1684 in Flatlands, New York. Descendants and relatives lived in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Texas...

Jean Mouton (1695-ca. 1740), the son of Antoine Mouton and Jeanne Merlasse, immigrated from Marseille, France to Beaubassin, Acadie in Canada. Most of Jean's children subsequently immigrated to and died in Louisiana. Some descendants moved to Arkansas, Florida and elsewhere.

Louis LeComte Dupré, son of Charles LeComte Dupré and Anne Defosse, was born in about 1654 in Pouzauges, France. He married Marie Catherine Rolland de St. George in 1683 in Montreal, Quebec. They had fifteen or sixteen children. He died in 1715. Their son, Jacques LeComte Dupré, was born in 1696. He changed his name to Jacques Dupré Terrebonne and immigrated to Illinois.
