John Clark immigrated from Ireland to Colerain, Massachusetts about 1745. Descendants lived in New England, New York, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan and elsewhere. Some descendants immigrated to the province of Ontario and elsewhere in Canada. Includes some family history and genealogical data to about 700 A.D. in England.

Martin Seidner was born at Strusbergh, Germany, in 1733, the son of Christople Seidner. He and his wife, Margaret Mira Schotte, immigrated to America in 1754 and settled in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. They had fourteen children, 1754-1777. The family migrated to Frederick County, Maryland, ca. 1762, to Berkeley County, Virginia (now West Virginia), in 1791, and to Fayette County, Kentucky, in 1796. He died in Fayette County in 1806. Geoffrey Walter Vernon Yonge (1886-1938) was born in Staffordshire, England, the son of Walter Yonge and Ada Hill. In 1903 he immigrated to Canada with his brother Douglas. By 1906 he homesteaded in Saskatchewan, and was married to Lola Landrigan (1891-1953), the daughter of Patrick Landrigan and Jeanette Muma. Descendants and relatives lived in Saskatchewan, Manitoba, British Columbia, and elsewhere.

"Our Howey family is traced back to England of 1770 when Jonah Howey at the age of 18 years emigrated from England to Pennsylvania. He was born about 1752. Subsequently he married and on July 7, 1787 he came into Canada with his wife Winnifred [Silverthorn] ... and two children ...
