Floyd Walton Nielson was born on September 15, 1895 in Bluff, Utah. He was the son of Francis Nielson and Leona Jane Walton. Floyd married Clara Mackelprang Jones, daughter of Fredrick Isaac Jones and Mary A Mackelprang, on December 14, 1917 in San Juan County, Utah. They had six children. Clara was born on July 23, 1895 in Monticello, Utah and died on November 28, 1985 in Blanding, Utah. Floyd died on October 19, 1971 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Jens Nielson was born in 1820 on the island of Lolland in Denmark. He married Elsie Rasmussen in Denmark in 1850 and they later joined the L.D.S. Church. They immigrated to Utah in 1856. Shortly after coming to Utah, Jens married Kirsten Jensen and Ane Katrine Jorgensen. Jens settled in Bluff, Utah where he later died in 1906.

Lars Peter Nielson was born 9 January 1861 in Dronninglund, Hjorring, Denmark. His parents were Andreas Martinus Nielsen (1834-1874) and Marianne Sorensen (1831-1870). His family emigrated in 1869 and settled in Huntsville, Utah. He married Maria Jorgensen (1862-1919), daughter of Rasmus Jorgensen and Jacobine Kirstine Mogensen, 14 October 1880 in Salt Lake City, Utah. They had eleven children. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Idaho.

Jorgen Hanson Nielsen, son of George Jorgen Nielsen and Johanna Nielsen, was born in 1861 in Rohcar, Denmark. He emigrated in 1885 and settled in Connecticut. He married Anna Marie Babanek (b. 1872) in 1903. They had six children. They lived in Kingsville, Texas for a while. They moved to Oregon in 1911 and settled on the Siuslaw River just downstream from Mapleton, Lane County, Oregon.

Biography of Lavina Day Nielson who was born 7 November 1895 in Hunter, Utah. She was the daughter of Laronzo Day and Elizabeth Jane Russell. Lavina was baptized a member of the LDS Church 5 March 1904. She married Ernest Elbert Nielson 19 September 1917 in the Salt Lake Temple. Robert DeLoyd Nielson was born 6 November 1908 in Ephraim, Utah. His parents were Andrew Christian Nielson, Jr. and Teckla Pauline Christensen. He married Lenore Lewis (1917-1994) 23 December 1935. They had four daughters. He worked for the Bureau of Land Management for thirty-nine years, from 1935 to 1973 and was the Utah State Director. They lived in Utah, Montana and California.
