Charles Stuart Martin was born in Utah in 1881. His parents were John Martin and Margaret Hay Martin. He attended the Utah School for the Deaf where he met Clara Viola Eddy, a deaf teacher from Kansas, who was the daughter of Nathaniel Huggins Eddy and Margaret Nixon Eddy. Torp. Pehr Nilsson was born April 14, 1854 in Dahl, Vasternorrland, Sweden. He married Maria Dorothea Ersdotter in the same area on October 6, 1876. She was born on December 12, 1847. They had seven children. Torp. Pehr Nilsson died May 5, 1921 in Ytterlannas Parish, Nas nr 11, Sweden. His wife died in the same place on October 20, 1939. Descendants lived in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and elsewhere.

Axel William Nelson (Axell Vilhelm Nilsson) was born in 1860 in Sweden to Nils Nilsson and his wife Ingrid Johannesdotter. He came to America in 1882 and in 1888 married Anna Josefina Johannesdotter. She was born in Sweden in 1862 to Johannes Isaksson and his wife Maria Monsdotter. Axel died in 1927 and his wife died in 1933. Descendants lived in Minnesota and Mississippi. Allied name was Johnson.

Swen Nilsson Liedman (1834-1922) immigrated from Sweden in 1854 to the Minnesota Territory. In 1863, he married Carolina Svensdotter. By 1879, he expanded his farming operation to 280 acres, one of the largest in his township. Descendants and relatives lived in Minnesota, Nevada, Colorado, North Dakota, and elsewhere.

Nephi Forman was born in Utah in 1871. His parents were early converts to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He married Sarah Amanda Nilsson and they were the parents of eleven children. The family settled in Southeastern Idaho. Charles was born in Kalmar, Sweden, son of Bertha Sofia Nilsson (b. 1872). Laura was born in Graune, Sweden, daughter of Nils Thomas Stalhandske (1870-1923) and Mathilda Charlotta Poignant (1873-1956), both of Sweden. Traces many ancestral lines, some to 13th century.

Jens or James Jacobson was born 17 October 1834 in Brunslov, Ostraby, Malmohus, Sweden. His parents were Jacob Nilson and Karna. He married Ane or Anne Rasmussen, daughter of Rasmus Olsen and Dorthe Sorensen, 10 May 1865 aboard the ship that was taking them to America. They had eleven children. They settled first in Utah and later moved to Arizona then to Colonia Diaz, Chihuahua, Mexico. James died in 1909 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
