Description
These divorce case files are arranged in roughly chronological and numerical order. The divorce files were drawn from other district court files, so the numbers are not always consecutive. Some of the file numbers are repeated. In 1907, when Oklahoma became a state and the District Court came under state jurisdiction, the court clerks started a new series of numbers for court case files.

Description
The probate case files are arranged in numerical order, but there are gaps in the recors. Many of the early files are missing. In addition, some case files were not filmed because they contained confidential information. Two volumes, Certificates and Wills, v. 1 and Probate record, v. 1 were filmed to fill the gaps caused by missing case files for the years 1893-1910.
