David R. Conrad (1811-1890) married Mary Bollinger in 1833. John C. Conrad (b.1842), one of their sons, was born in Bollinger County, Missouri, and served with federal troops during the Civil War. He married Medora Nugent in 1868, and they later moved to Custer County, Oklahoma. Descendants and relatives of David and of his son John lived in Missouri, Oklahoma and elsewhere.

Joseph Bruner (b.ca.1682) and his family immigrated from the Palatinate of Germany to Frederick, Maryland in 1729 (to join his son, Jacob, who had been sent in 1728). George Peter Bruner (b.1758), a direct descendant, married Anna Maria Achenbach and moved from Maryland to Berkeley County, Virginia and then to Hardin County, Kentucky in 1780/1781. Frederick Royse (ca. 1750-1825) was a private during the Revolutionary War with the Bedford County, Pennsylvania, Militia. He married Sarah DeWitt in Hampshire County, Virginia, ca. 1778. The had at least ten children. They migrated to the vicinity of Bardstown, Kentucky, sometime before 1785 and to Indiana territory in 1799. He was living in Washington, Indiana, when he wrote his will in 1825. Descendants lived in Indiana and elsewhere.
