William Davis (1663-1745) immigrated (via England) in 1684 from Wales to Pennepek, Pennsylvania, married twice, moved to Weslerly, Rhode Island, and then to Monmouth County, New Jersey. Elieoni (1807-1898) and Lewis Alexander (1820-1890), direct descendants in the fifth generation, moved from West Virginia to Kansas. Descendants lived in Kansas, Arkansas, Texas, Minnesota and elsewhere.

Fredrick Edward Hirtzel was born 12 December 1898 in Summit Township, Effingham, Illinois. His parents were William George Hirtzel (1859-1913) and Sebastiana Miller (1861-1951). He married Fern Sarah Swank (b. 1902) 1 July, 1823 in Shumway, Illinois. They had three children. He died in 1934. Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in Illinois, Germany and France.

William Steele was born in 1749 in Tipperary, Ireland. He married and had one son in 1773. They emigrated and settled in Welland County, Ontario, Canada. He married Deborah Dorson in 1783 in Goshen, Orange County, New York. They had eight children. Descendants and relatives lived in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Montana, Iowa, Washington, Missouri and elsewhere.

Johannes Valentine Mock was born 12 Mar 1736 in Altenriet Germany. His parents were Johann Georg Mack (1685-1751) and Maria Agnes Ott. He married Anna Judith Veizhans 2 Jul 1758 in Neckartenzlingen Germany. He died 6 May 1815 in Mocks Mills, Shefford County, Quebec.

Chiefly a record of some of the descendants of James Sage. He was born ca. 1749 near London, England. He immigrated to America ca. 1773. He married Lovis (Lovice) Ott (Utt) 15 Dec 1780 in Montgomeroy County, Virginia. She was the daughter of Sylvester Ott. They were the parents of fourteen children. He died 17 Mar 1820. She died 28 Aug 1854. Descendants lived in Virginia, Missouri and elsewhere. .
