Stephen Lester Owens was born on May 27, 1892 at Deweyville, Box Elder, Utah. His parents were Willliam Parsons Owens and Agnes Mary White. He married Isadore Owens August 22, 1917 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Stephen died December 23, 1976 in Farminton, Utah and was buried in Willard, Box Elder, Utah.
