Stephen Pangburn (d.1778) moved from Long Island, New York to Perth-Amboy, New Jersey during or before 1744, and was the father of William Pangburn (b.1744) who fought in the Revolutionary War. William married Hannah Fitz Randolph in 1770 and moved to Allegheny County, Pennsylvania about 1788. Descendants lived in Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Ohio, Illinois and elsewhere. Includes Randolph ancestry to about 1636, chiefly in New England and Virginia.

Jesse Orville Hornbeck was born probably in Indiana in 1901. He married three times, to Wilhemina Kinderman, Lettie Hardwick, and Lucy Alexander. He was the father of 13 children. Later his family moved to Nebraska, Colorado, and later Oregon. Information on his and Lettie's families, ancestors, and descendants is given in this volume. Descendants live in Indiana, California, Oregon, and elsewhere.

Daniel Pocock, Jr. (1720-1800) immigrated from England to Harford County, Maryland between 1740 and 1747, and married Sarah Eleanor Jones in 1751. His grandson, James Pocock (1758-1819), married Nancy Fugate and moved to Butler County, Ohio in 1814. Some relatives joined them later. Descendants lived in Ohio, Indiana, Missouri and elsewhere.
