A genealogy of the descendants of John Baird born 4 Mar 1665 at Liberton, Midlothian, Scotland the son of John Baird and Janet Bannantyne. He immigrated in 1683 to New Jersey. John married 1) in 1684 Mary Hall (no issue) and 2) in 1699 Mary Osborne Bedient (widow of Thomas Bedient). John died 6 Apr 1755 and is buried at Topenenus, Monmouth County, New Jersey.
Includes Ely, Applegate, Perrine, Wycoff, Tantom, and related families.

Henry Lyon (d.1703) immigrated in 1648 from Scotland to Milford, Connecticut with two brothers, Thomas and Richard. Henry married Elizabeth Bateman in 1652, moved to Newark, New Jersey in 1666, and married again after Elizabeth died.
