He married Bruna Eda Babbini, daughter of Italo Ilio Babbini and Brigida Ines Rossi, 15 April 1961 in Healdsburg, California. She was born 13 June 1939 in Klamath Falls, Oregon. Ancestors, descendants and relatives have resided mainly in Italy, California, Oregon and Texas.

Nicholas Ellis (ca. 1732-1797) of Woodbury, Devon, England married Anne Smith (d. 1780) in 1758. Their grandson Charles Ellis (1795-1880), who married Jane Mary Ashford (1802-1874) in 1824, immigrated to Newfoundland ca. 1846. Traces Nicholas' and Anne's descendants in Great Britain, Canada, the United States, Australia and New Zealand. Also includes some information on their ancestry.

Elias LeGard (b.1586), a French Huguenot, immigrated in 1621 to Elizabeth County, Virginia (listed as LeGardo in some records). His son, Thomas Alligood Sr. (ca.1627/1629-1689), married Mary Field about 1647, and lived in Northampton County, Virginia. Descendants and relatives lived in Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia and elsewhere. Some descendants immigrated to New Brunswick and elsewhere in Canada.

Casper, Noble, David Knoble Jr., and Rosina Knoble were three of the children of David Knoble and Rosina Knobel of Switzerland. Casper and David Jr. emigrated in 1874 from Switzerland to Gay Mills, Wisconsin. She married Johann Peter Stussy in 1895. Casper married twice and had no children. David Jr. married twice and had seventeen children. Descendants and relatives lived in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Washington and elsewhere.
