Abstracts of the court's original probate records. This court has jurisdiction in Glamorgan and Monmouth. Some years are repeated twice, with some of the information being duplicated but not all.

Of the five Western Deaneries, Amounderness and Furness were completely in Lancashire. Copeland was completely in Cumberland, Kendal partly in Lancashire and partly in Westmorland, and Lonsdale was partly in Lancashire, Westmorland, and Yorkshire.
