Daniel Spangler, born ca. 1716 and died in Franklin County, Virginia on 3 November 1787. He was married to Mary Nofsinger (or Sower), who died in 1820, age 100 years. She was buried in Pine Creek Church Cemetery, Floyd County, Virginia. Daniel and Mary were the parents of six children: Daniel, George, John, Hannah, Elizabeth, and Mary. The first child, Daniel, was born 1747, died 4 February 1823 and is buried at Pine Creek Church Cemetery, Floyd...

David Proffitt was born in 1832 in Tennessee. He married Martha Jane Keeler in 1861. He died in 1927 in Burnet County, Texas. Their daughter, Mary Alice Proffitt, married Samuel Augustus Luckie in 1891 in Texas. Their daughter, Sibyl Luckie, married Jim Chadwick in 1913 in Sonora, Texas.

Levi Bowyer (1773-1850) was born in Pennsylvania. He married Anna Kemper (1782-1858) near Old Lexington, Kentucky. They migrated to Ohio where he established Bowyer's Ferry in or before 1809. Their descendants lived in Indiana, Missouri, Texas and elsewhere.

John Hugh Kirkpatrick was born in 1741 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. His father was Hugh Kirkpatrick. He married Jane Wilkins, daughter of John Wilkins and Rachel McFarland, in 1759. They had nine children. He died in 1812 in Jefferson County, Tennessee. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Tennessee and Texas.

Michael Swaim, son of Moses Swaim, was born 3 December 1788 in Salisbury District, Guilford County, North Carolina. He married Nancy Bell in 1815 in Vinton County, Ohio. They had twelve children. He died in 1862. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Ohio, Iowa and California.

Benedict Koller was born in about 1713 in Germany or Prussia He emigrated in 1735 and settled in Orangeburgh, South Carolina. He married Magdalene Springin, daughter of Johannes and Margaret Springin, 1 January 1740. They had five children. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia and Illinois.

John Hollis (ca.1737-1832) immigrated about 1752 from England to Jamestown, Virginia, and settled in Rowan County, North Carolina, moving later to Rutherford County, Tennessee. Descendants and relatives lived in North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Arizona and elsewhere.
