Harry Truedore Reese (1895-1989) was born at Smith Center, Kansas, son of Leonidas Trubedore and Florence Webb. (He changed spelling of name). He lived in Kansas and later Denver. Kansas and later moved to Denver. His grandparents were John Reece and Eliza Conkey of Ohio and Illinois. He married Effie Chamberlain in 1915, daughter of Henry Chamberlain of Ohio and Kansas and Mary Elizabeth Chance. Descendants lived in Iowa, Colorado and elsewhere.

Charles T. Reese (1756-1830) was born in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina to David Reese. David Reese appears to have been the son of David ap Reese who was an emigrant from Wales. Charles Reese was a soldier in the American Revolution and fought in South Carolina. He later settled in Summner and Maury counties, Tennessee. David Reese was born ca. 1710 in Wales. He was the son of William Reese and Penelope (surname unknown). David immigrated to America sometime prior to the year 1737 and married Susan Polk. They lived in Pennsylvania and moved to Mecklenburg Co., North Carolina sometime prior to 1775. They were the parents of ten children. Descendants lived primarily in North Carolina.

Andrew Reese was born in 1893 or 1894 in Westville, Oklahoma. His parents were Joseph L. Reese (1861-1950) and Ida May Whitmire (1873-1935). He married Lillie Mae McClung (1894-1972) in 1912 in Stilwell, Oklahoma. They had eight children. Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in North Carolina, Tennessee and Oklahoma.
