Antonin Raymond (Antonín Reimann), son of Alois Reimann (1854-1935), was born 10 May 1888 in Kladno, Czechoslovakia. He immigrated to the United States in 1910. He married Noemi Pernessin (1889-1980). He died 21 November 1976 in New Hope, Pennsylvania. He was a Czech architect, who lived and worked in the USA and Japan. He is recognized as the founder of modern architecture in Japan. Includes his ancestors and descendants.

Ernst Zschau (b. 1834) and Karl Gotthelf Zschau (1835-1897) were the sons of Johann Gotthelf Zschau (1804-1879) and Christiane Charlotte Nerker Zschau. Ernest married Charlotte Lageman in Germany. Three children were born there, and three were born in America. He died in Kentucky and she died in Ohio. Some descendants also lived in Ill. Karl married Amalie Caroline Lochman. Their three surviving sons, immigrated to America after 1873.
