Description
John Reno, was born in 1715, at Manassas, Prince William County, Virginia, the son of Lewis Reno. He married Susannah Thorn, daughter of William Thorn and Mary Orear, in 1737. They had twelve children. He died at the home of his son, Charles, in Carter County, Tennessee, in 1806. Descendants lived in Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, Illinois, and elsewhere. Some family members spelled their name Rayno or Reneau.

George Washington in the French and Indian War. He returned to Virginia by 1763, lived in Fairfax and Loudon Counties, and married twice. Descendants and relatives also lived in Missouri, Iowa, Oklahoma, Texas, Wyoming, Idaho, Washington and elsewhere.

Nathaniel Maynard was born in about 1760 in Charles City County, Virginia. He married Elizabeth Mathews, daughter of Thomas Mathews, in 1789. They had five children. William Evans (1777-1816) was married in Elizabeth Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in 1797, to Parthenia Hill. She was born 29 May 1773 in Eastern New Jersey Colony, the daughter of Henry and Mary (Richison/Richardson) Hill.
