Description
John Ragless (1789-1877) was the son of Richard Ragless and Mary Penfold Ragless of Angmering, Sussex, England. He married Elizabeth Cobb (1790-1879), the daughter of George Cobb and Sophia Tull of Fulham, Middlesex, England in 1815. The family emigrated to South Australia in 1838. They were the parents of eleven children. Several generations of descendant lineages are given.

John H. Chezem was born in 1760 in Baltimore County, Maryland. His father was John Chisholm. He married Mrs. Melvin (nee Price and they had six children, 1795-1804. He married Lydia Fiddleman in 1806 in Delaware and they had three children, 1806-1810. He married Mary Percen Turner, widow of Daniel Chezem and they had a son born in 1815.
