Sarah Tremain, born 30 June 1795, in Sheffield, Berkshire, Massachusetts, to Elijah and Mary Tremain. She married Ransom Riggs 30 March 1814 at Yorktown. They settled in Livingston County, New York. Ransom Riggs was the third son of Jeremiah and Anna Riggs. He was born at Litchfield, Conn., March 6, 1789. Nine children were born to this union. In the spring of 1822 the family moved to Indiana. Isabella Burgess Riggs Williams was the daughter of Stephen R. Riggs and Mary Ann Longley and was born February 21, 1840 at Lac qui Parel Mission in Chippewa County Minnesota. Her parents worked among the Dakota Indians as missionaries. She died January 26, 1887 in Hebei, China. She was educated at the Western Female Seminary in Oxford, Ohio. Edward Riggs was born in 1590 in England. His father was Edward Riggs. He married Elizabeth Holmes (1591-1635) 10 September 1618. They had six children. They emigrated in 1633 and they settled in Roxbury, Massachusetts. He died 1 March 1672. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, Colorado and California.

Frederick H. Waldron was born 14 March 1840 in Buffalo, New York. At the age of six he moved with his parents to New Haven, Connecticut. Frederick married Alice Bottomley 20 September 1871. Alice died in 1898 and Frederick married Alice Lame of Vineland, New Jersey. Frederick was the father of five known children. Descendants lived in Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania and elsewhere.

William Spark Mabry was born December 30, 1849 in Selma, Alabama. His parents were Albert Gallatin Mabry and Martha Riggs Tartt. He worked as a surveyor in Texas for forty-nine years. He never married. He died in 1941 in Selma, Alabama. Ancestors and relatives lived in Alabama, Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, New Jersey and elsewhere.
