Jerry Eugene Risley was born 21 November 1948 in Lincoln, Arkansas. His parents were Alfred Raymond Risley (1919-1992) and Clara Bee Snodgrass (1920-1993). His grandparents were John Thomas Risley (1891-1975), Hattie Jane Bridgman (1889-1980), William James Snodgrass (1866-1950) and Mary Etta Little (1888-1940). Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in Arkansas, Connecticut and England.
