William Fuller was probably born in England in 1625 or earlier. He was was living in Virginia by 1650 and moved to Maryland in 1651. He married Sarah Martiau, daughter of Nicolas Martiau (1592-1657) and Jane, in about 1651. They had four known children. He died in South Carolina in about 1682.
