Daniel Isgrigg (1813-1887), son of William (born 1777) and Nancy (born 1776) Isgrigg, was born in Kentucky. He married Catherine Caldwell (1820-1913) in Indiana in 1830. Their daughter, Louisa (1844-1923), married O'Banion Custer in 1864. He was the son of William and Judah Custer. O'Banion's daughter, Edna (1865-1944), married Jonathan Lewis Rogers (1868-1949) in 1889.
