John Theophilus Clark was born in Massachusetts, and married Cynthia Campbell in Massachusetts. They moved to Pennsylvania and later to Indiana. "Cynthia Campbell [Clark], born June 23, 1772 in Blandford, Mass. died between 1850 - [after] 1860, presumably buried in an unmarked grave beside her husband in the Luther Mills Cemetery..."--P. [7].
