John Sanders was born in North Carolina ca. 1749. He and his wife, Nancy or Ann, had at least ten children. He died before 4 Nov. 1839 in Adair County, Kentucky. Descendants lived in Kentucky, Illinois and elsewhere. Includes the McDowell and other related families.
