Rev. Ebenezer Hidden and his son, Andrew (d.1701), immigrated from England to Portsmouth or Salem in Essex County, Massachusetts. Andrew was one of the first settlers at Rowley, Massachusetts before 1653 and married Sarah Houstin in 1654. Descendants lived in New England, New York, Washington and elsewhere in the United States. Some descendants immigrated to Ontario province and elsewhere in Canada.

John Forrister (b.1781), son of John and Phebe Forrister, married Susanna Woodward in 1801 in Birmingham, Warwick Count, England. Descendants and relatives lived in England and elsewhere. Some descendants immigrated to British Columbia in Canada, and to New Jersey in the United States. Includes some ancestry to 1066 A.D.

Robert Ayars emigrated in 1664 from England to Rhode Island, and later moved to New Jersey. Benjamin Abbott Ayars (1809-1870), direct descendant in the sixth generation, moved from Upper Pittsgrove, New Jersey to Shiloh and then to Greenwich, New Jersey, where he married Mary Barber Sheppard. Descendants and relatives lived in New England, New Jersey and elsewhere. Includes some family history in England to 1060 A.D.

She was the daughter of Samuel Eusebius McCorkle and Margaret Gillespie & was born in Salisbury Co., Rowan Dist., North Carolina on 4 June 1796. Charles Sturdivan, son of Stephen Sturdivan and Nicy (1781-1843), was born in 1816 in Tennessee. He married Elizabeth Clark (1822-1894) in 1837 in Wayne County, Illinois. They had eleven children. He died in 1873 in Moline, Illinois. Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in Indiana, Tennessee, Illinois, Kansas and Oklahoma.
