James Eubank was born in Virginia, ca. 1725. He and his wife, Peggy Lewis, had ten children. He died in 1799 at Richmond, Virginia. Descendants listed lived in Virginia, Kentucky, Texas, and elsewhere.

Charles Haraway (Harroway) of Virginia was born ca. 1743. He lived in Halifax Co., Virginia as early as 1765 and fought with the Blue Mountain Boys of Vermont during the Revolutionary War. His first wife is unknown but last married on 5 February 1813 and was over 70 years old. He was the father of at least 10 known children. Descendants lived primarily in Alabama, Tennessee, Virginia and elsewhere.
