Adolph Mohlenbruck (1823-1896) of Hanover, Germany arrived in the United States in 1849, settling in Cass County, Illinois. He married Helena Manz at Beardstown, Cass County in 1854; they had three children. In 1862, following Helena's death, Adolph married his housekeeper, Margaret Schmidt; there may have been additional children from this second marriage. Descendants of Adolph and his two wives have lived chiefly in Illinois.

William Woodburn Russler (1833-1911) was born Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania, the son of Benjamin Russler (1803- 1879) and Ann Dorland Russler (1813-1884). He married Catharine Ann Davidson (1834-1906), daughter of Samuel I. and Catharine Bolich Davidson, in 1855 at Freeport, Illinois. They had twelve children 1856-1877. He died at Bushnell, Illinois. Descendants listed lived in Illinois and elsewhere.

Johannes Stambach (ca. 1676-1733) was born and died at Katzenhause, Alsace, France. He married Maria Catharina Meyer (d. ca. 1739) at Kutzenhausen ca. 1717. They had six children, 1719-1731. She married 2) Niclaus Honig in 1733. They had two children, 1734-1736. The family immigrated to America in 1739 and settled in Pennsylvania.
