Andreas Peterson (1862-1923) was born in Lindesberg, Sweden. He immigrated to Utah where he married Caroline Wilhelmina Magnusson (1865-1889) in Salt Lake City, 27 September 1883. He later married Anna Maria Petersen (1870-1923) in Manti, Utah 6 January, 1892. The family resided in Fairview, Utah. Ancestors and descendants resided in Sweden, Denmark, Utah, Nevada, California and elsewhere.

Description
Sergeant Thomas Foster (ca 1600-1682) and his brother, William came to America in 1634. He and his wife, Elizabeth settled in Weymouth, Massachusettes about 1640, but later moved to Braintree and then to Billerica where he died. One descendant was David Foster, Sr. (1758- 1821). Descendants lived in Massachusetts, New York, Michigan, Missouri, Wisconsin, Kansas, Illinois, New Mexico, California, Canada and elsewhere.

Description
Three children of Ferdinand Goetche/Goetsch/Gates, Sr. immigrated with their families from Pommern, Germany to America between 1856 and 1883. Other relatives came too, and most of them settled in Marathon County, Wisconsin. From there descendants migrated to Minnesota, Illinois, Michigan, Virginia and elsewhere.

Description
Francis Akeley, a immigrant ancestor, was living at Boston, Massachusetts, by 1750, when he married Tabitha Bull there. They had nine children, 1751-1769. He was one of the citizens of Boston who disguised themselves as Indians and threw tea in Boston Harbor in 1773. He died of wounds received in the Battle of Bunker Hill in 1775 at about age 45.
