Phineus Tempest, son of William Henry Tempest and Mary Lambert, was born in 1845 in Jammy Green, Ovenden, Halifax, Yorkshire, England. He emigrated in 1865 and settled in Nebraska. He married Sarah Jane Wilson, daughter of Thomas Wilson and Sarah Littlewood, in 1866. He died in 1931 in Rexburg, Idaho.

History of Maude Tempest Proctor (1903-1982), a Latter-day Saint born in Rexburg, Idaho, who married Arthur Proctor (1900-1963) in 1929. She was the daughter of Joseph Lorenzo Tempest and Maude Ivy Jones, and the granddaughter of converts to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Phineus Tempest (1845-1931) and Sarah Jane Wilson (who immigrated from England to Rexburg, Idaho).

Anders Wilhelm Winberg (1830-1909) was born at Lund, Sweden. He immigrated to Copenhagen, Denmark, in 1850. He joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint in 1851 at Capenhagen. He immigrated to Utah in 1853 and settled at Salt Lake City. He married twice and was the father of fourteen children. His daughter, Camilla Christiana Winberg, was born in 1877 at Salt Lake City.
