Walter Cook was born 7 March 1615/6 in Bromyard, Hertfordshire, England. He married Experience and they had four children. He married Catherine Brenton (1628-1690/1) and they had eight children. He emigrated in 1653. He died 5 January 1695/6 in Mendon, Massachusetts. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
