The Registrar has organized St. Thomas Parish into districts and assigned them codes as follows: Morant Bay (CA), Bath (CB), Golden Grove (CC), Yallahs, formerly Easington (CD), Woburn Lawn (CE), Trinity Ville (CF), The Abbey (CG), Port Morant (CH), and Blue Mtn. Valley (CI).
The birth notices are collected into annual registers and arranged by district, number, and registration date.
