Barry Lewis Thomason was born 3 November 1853 in Habersham Co., Georgia. He was the son of Thomas F. Thomason and Sarah Farmer and a descendant of George Washington Thomason born 1771 in South Carolina. Barry married Martha Jane Dodd 10 August 1871. They were the parents of nine children. Descendants lived primarily in Georgia, Alabama, Flordia, Texas and elsewhere. Includes information on the Ayers and Dodd families.
