Richard and Israel Tripp left New York with other loyalists after the Revolutionary War and settled in Ontario, Canada. They were married to daughter of Isaac DeMille and were believed to be brothers. Richard married Mary Jane and Israel married first Susannah Demille and later Catherine Brickman Fox. Information on their descendants both in Canada and in the United States is given in this volume. .
