Gilbert Purdy (1721-1778), son of David Purdy. He married Mary Durland (1734-1813) ca. 1755. Alexander Bierce Clark was born 23 March 1874 in Canton, Ohio. He was the son of William W. Clark and Eunice Bierce. Alexander married Faith Fogle 26 September 1900.
