Description
Before 1838 contains records of the Glade Church. After 1833 contains records of the Glade Charge, which includes the congregations of Glade, Woodsboro, Creagerstown, Utica, and Bethel.
Glade Reformed Church was organized in the 1750s in Frederick County, Maryland. In 1896 the congregation moved into Walkersville and continued Glade Church.

Monocacy began its Lutheran register in 1743; by 1748 the Evangelical congregation in Frederick had assumed keeping the churchbook. The Reformed congregation in Frederick did not begin a churchbook until about 1752. The Monocacy congregations ceased to function by the 1760s.

St. Peter's was a union church of Lutheran and Reformed congregations. It was located over a mile east of Woodsboro. In 1889 a new church, Grace, replaced the log church. At that time the Reformed congregation moved to Centerville.

About 1782, the church was also called Jacob's. The Lutherans moved in 1858 into Thurmont, about 1 mile southeast of the original church site; the Reformed congregation followed in 1880.

St. Paul and St. Matthias congregation was organized in 1799 as a union church. By 1850 the Reformed congregation no longer existed. In 1853 the Lutherans built Mount Zion Lutheran Church near Ladiesburg.
