Neshaminy Presbyterian Church was organized in 1727 in Warwick Township near Hartsville. Not until 1839 was a church established in Hartsville by a split-off group from the original church.

Includes records of St. Peter's Church from 1761 until 1832 and of St. James Church 1810-1828. Both churches became separate organizations. The abbreviations V (volume), F (folder), and OF (oversize folder) shown as part of the description of the records refer to the numbering used in the Christ Church Archives.

Beth-Eden was incorporated into the First Baptist Church in 1895.
