Chiefly, a record of six generations of descendants of John Liddle who was born in Roxburghshire, Scotland in 1748 and came to New York with his brother, Robert (1741-1822). John married Elizabeth Everson on 2 May 1776 at Fonda, New York. They had several children. Coenradt Borghardt was in Kinderhook, New York in the 1640's to 1670's. His descendant, Coenreat Hendrickse Borghghardt, was born ca. 1677 near Albany, New York. He married Gesie Henrickse Van Wie before 1698 and settled in Kinderhook before 1700. He later died ca. 1750 in probably in Great Barrington, Massachusetts.
