Cornelius Janse Van der Veer came to America from Holland in 1659. He settled near Flatbush, New York. Descendants listed lived in New York and New Jersey.

Jacobje (Joanna) Symensma was born in 1846, in Harich, Netherlands, to Ruurd Jacobs Symensma and Lijsbeth Geerts Ykema. Her second great-grandfather was Symand Barteles. She came to Indiana where she married her second cousin Klaas Ruurds Fisher in 1865. He was born in 1840 to Ruurd Klazes Visser and Aafke Johannes Smid. Jacobje and Klaas had 5 children. Jacobje died in 1911 while Klaas died in 1924. Descendants lived in Indiana.

Abraham Ockerman (d.1810) married Jane and they raised their family of eleven children in North Brunswick Twp., Middlesex Co., New Jersey. Their son Garline (d.1817) married Jane Combs in 1786 in Middlesex Co. and they were the parents of ten children. Includes Degraw, Pierson, Voorhees, VanDerveer, Van Deventer, Barr and other related families.

Thelma Ione Pritchett was born 2 September 1905 in Mt. Hope, Sedgwick County, Kansas. Her parents were Thomas Whitten Pritchett (1879-1937) and Lydia Mae Brewer (1883-1957). Her grandparents were William Thomas Pritchett (1848-1897), Martha Whitten (1847-1898), Milton Brewer (1847-1932) and Elizabeth Jane Payne (1850-1928). She married Gordon Harris Jorgensen (1903-1975) in 1926 and they had two sons, Gordon Lee and Gary Todd. She died in 1997....

Cornelius Jansen Vanderveer was born in about 1645 in Zeeland, Holland. He married Tryntjie Mandeville. They had ten children. He died before 1706 in New York. Descendants and relatives lived mainly in New York and Indiana.

Chiefly, a record of five generations of descendants of Paul Henri Mallet-Prevost (1756-1835) and his wife Jeanne Elizabeth Patry (fl. 1779). They had three sons.
