Thomas Watkins of Chickahomony, Virginia, was the son of Thomas Watkins of Swift Creek. He married a Miss Anderson and had eight children. He died in 1783. Descendants listed lived in Virginia, Kentucky, Georgia and elsewhere.

Martin Marshall was born in Maryland in 1749. He married twice and eventually settled in North Carolina. He had fourteen children with his two wives and many grandchildren.
