Description
The "first edition was the work of Mr. Frank J. Windholz of Victoria, Kansas. His book was based principally upon the parish census lists; its accuracy was dependent upon those lists, which were often incomplete and incorrect."--P. The parishes of Sacred Heart, St. Ann and St. Boniface are daughter parishes of St. Fidelis Parish.
