Jan Martense Van Alstyne (ca.1623-ca.1698) emigrated from Holland to New Amsterdam, New York during or before 1655, married Dirckje Harmense, and moved to Albany, New York about 1689. Descendants lived in New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Minnesota, California and elsewhere.

Descendants of William Alexis Vosburgh (1845-1917), who was born in Beamsville, Ontario, a son of Isaac Vosburgh and Mary Van Sickle. He married Sarah Lavadna Wardell (1848-1915) 1866. She was born in Mud Creek to John Wardell and Rachel Snyder. They had twelve children. Contains mainly family group sheets. Descendants live in Canada, British Columbia, Montana, Washington and elsewhere.

Lambert Jochemse Van Valckenburgh married Annetje Jacobs in 1642, and immigrated from The Netherlands to New Amsterdam, New York between 1642 and 1644. Descendants lived throughout the United States. Some descendants immigrated to Ontario and elsewhere in Canada.

Ole Herjusen Juve was born ca. 1809 in Vinge, Norway and was the son of Herjus Mule (Juve) and Ingeborg Tarjesdatter. Ole married Haege Olsdatter and they immigrated to America with their two sons ca. 1849. The family settled in Wisconsin. Ole was the father of eight children and died 18 August 1875 in Juneau Co., Wisconsin. Descendants lived primarily in Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Ohio, New Mexico and elsewhere.

Johan Matthaus Jung emigrated from the Palatinate of Germany to Ulster County, New York about 1710 and married twice. His grandchildren changed the surname to Young. Rufus Rennington Young (1814-1895) was of the fourth generation, and moved from New York to Iowa. Descendants lived in Iowa, Ohio, Indiana, Arkansas, Texas and elsewhere.

Richard Hutchinson was born in about 1602 in Arnold, Nottingham, England. His parents were Thomas Hutchinson (1572-1618) and Alice. He married Alice Bosworth 7 December 1627 in Cotgave, Nottingham. They had eight children. They emigrated in 1634 and settled in Salem. Massachusetts. Richard died in 1682. Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in England, Massachusetts, Vermont, New York, Delaware, Virginia, Tennessee and Texas.

Lewis Hart was born in 1757 in Devizes, England. He emigrated shortly prior to the outbreak of the American Revolution. He settled at Stonington, Connecticut. He married Anne Elliott, daughter of of Asa Elliott and Mary Beebe, in 1784. They had eight children. He died in 1817 in Huntington, Connecticut.
