Walter Clement Wilson was born 9 October 1862 in Jackson Township, Montgomery Co., Ohio. He was the son of John R. Wilson and Susanna Oldfather. Walter married Amanda Melvina Snethen 18 September 1884 in Cincinnati, Ohio. They were the parents of three children. Walter died 30 June 1942 in Johnson City, Tennessee. Descendants lived in Tennessee, California, Texas, Florida and elsewhere.

Spencer Foley was born 4 October 1785 in Virginia. He was the 8th child of Moses Foley and Elizabeth Green. Spencer married Nancy Rector 27 January 1807 in Grayson Co., Virginia. They moved to Knox Co., Kentucky sometime prior to the year 1810 and prior to 1820 settled in Lincoln Co., Kentucky. They were the parents of at least four known children. Descendants lived primarily in Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Texas and elsewhere.
