George Rees was born in about 1829 in Wales. His parents were Samuel Rees and Margaret. The family emigrated in 1849 and settled in Pennsylvania. He married Ann Thomas, daughter of William Thomas and Elizabeth Jones, 21 July 1861 in Nevada City, California. They had two sons and a daughter, William, Thomas and Elizabeth. Finis Ephraim Shepherd, son of Henry Hamilton Shepherd and Elvira Anderson, was born in 1845 in Todd County, Kentucky. He married Adline Martin (1848-1933) in 1867 in Franklin County, Illinois. They had nine children. Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in Kentuckym, Illinois, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas.

Solomon Hakes was born in Westerly, Rhode Island in 1709, and married Anna Billings in 1718 at Stonington, Connecticut. Descendants lived in New England, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois and elsewhere. Some descendants immigrated to Ontario and elsewhere in Canada.

Jeppe Iverson (1814-1899) was born in Orritslev, Skandergborg, Denmark, the son of Iver Sorensen and Elizabeth Catherine Jeppesen. He married Annie Christina Mortensen (1802-1889) who was born in Hansted, Skanderborg, Denmark. She was the only daughter of Morten Anderson Skowgaard. They were baptized into the L.D.S. John Henderson was born in Gent, Fifeshire, Scotland in 1650. On 7 February 1705, his son William Henderson (1676 - 1737) married Margaret Bruce (1680 - 1739) in Scotland. Sergeant Thomas Foster (ca 1600-1682) and his brother, William came to America in 1634. He and his wife, Elizabeth settled in Weymouth, Massachusettes about 1640, but later moved to Braintree and then to Billerica where he died. One descendant was David Foster, Sr. (1758- 1821). Descendants lived in Massachusetts, New York, Michigan, Missouri, Wisconsin, Kansas, Illinois, New Mexico, California, Canada and elsewhere.
