Ruthdale Walters Mortensen, the only child or Joseph Prochazka Walters and Marie Zahradnik, was born 29 August 1937. She married Stuart LaFont Mortensen on 21 December 1957 in Manti, Utah. He was born 5 October 1937 in Emery, Emery, Utah. He passed away 13 November 2017 in Orange County, California. They have four children.

John Waters and his wife, ______Messer, were married in Cumberland County, North Carolina, ca. 1764. The had eight children, at least the first two probably born in Screven County, Georgia. Charles Schuster Walters (1901-1989) was born in Wanachie, Texas. His parents were Charles Winston Walters (1872-1955) and Ida Virginia Schuster. He married Belva Augusta Bledsoe, daughter of Arthur Franklin Bledsoe and Martha Jane Weaver, in 1943. Ancestors lived mainly in England, Germany, Tennessee and Texas.

John Richard Ashley, parents not listed, was born in Virginia about 1792. He married Polly Young, daughter of John Young and Kesiah Young, on 14 Aug 1816, in Kanawha County, Virginia. They had 12 children. Richard died between 1844 and 1850 in Kanawha County, Virginia. Polly's death is not listed. Their descendants have lived in Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Iowa, and other areas in the United States.

Jacob Pfau (1723-1791), a son of Johannes Hans Pfau and Barbara Spaar, was born in Switzerland. He married (1) Catherina Dyssly (1723-1756) in 1743. They had four children. The family immigrated to America in 1749, settling in North Carolina. Jacob married (2) Anna Magdalena Junt (born 1735) in 1756; they had three children. Many descendants live in western North Carolina and surrounding areas.
