Eva Flora Wash was born 11 March 1918 in Lawrenceburg, Anderson, Kentucky. Her parents were Breckenridge Wash and Ione Moore. She married (1) Charles Ernest Whitten (1913-1939) 18 April 1937 in Terre Houte, Indiana. They had one child. She married (2) George Francis Stone (1913-1968) 23 September 1944 in Parsons, Labette, Kansas. They had five children. Ancestors have lived mainly in Virginia and Kentucky.

Henry Watkins (b.ca.1638), a Quaker and possibly emigrated from England as an indentured servant, was in Henrico County, Virginia during or before 1664. By about 1675, Henry and his family owned a small farm in Henrico County, where he died after 1715. Descendants and relatives lived in Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Kentucky and elsewhere.
Includes Basse, Lockett, Woodson and related families.

George Tarry was born 12 June 1748 in Amelia County, Virginia. He married Sarah Taylor 7 December 1790 in Mecklenburg County, Virginia. She was born 5 March 1766 in Mecklenburg County, Virginia. They had three children. George died in 1816 in Ivy Hill, Mecklenburg County, Virginia. Sarah died between 1824 and 1830 in Mecklenburg County, Virginia. Decendants lived mainly in Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina and Kentucky.

William Henry Kirkman (1860-1939) was the son of Bartley William Kirkman and Nancy Watkins of Shelbyville, Shelby County, Illinois. He married two times: 1) Della Retta Tripp in 1881 and 2) Myrtle Gertrude Guinn in 1903. Della died in 1898. Three sons and one daughter made up the first family.
