Aucke Janse Van Nuys (d.1694/1698) married Magdalena Pieterse, and in 1651 they immigrated from the Netherlands to New Amsterdam, New York. They later moved to Flatbush, Long Island, New York. He married twice more after Magdalena's death. Descendants and relatives lived in New York, New Jersey, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa and elsewhere.

Americus Vespucius Mann was likely born in Georgia ca. 1831. He was the son of William Mann and Lucy Brookings. Americus married Georgia Ellen Watters 5 September 1854 and they lived in Atlanta, Georgia. Americus graduated Atlanta Medical College in 1859 and in the fall of 1866, he moved with his family to Florida. Americus was the father of seven children and died ca. 1869. William Crites (1734-1806) was a son of Heinrich Creutz (1707-1792) and Annamaria Crustzen, and William immigrated in 1752 (with his father) from Germany to Philadelphia. William settled in Allen Township, Northampton County, Pennsylvania, and married Dorthea Craderiman in 1755. William and some of his sons served in the Revolutionary War. Descendants and relatives lived in Pennsylvania, Ohio and elsewhere.
