Johannes Crivling (1706-1782) married Christiana (?) im 1737, and about 1750 they immigrated from The Netherlands to Hunterdon County, New Jersey, where they changed the surname to Creveling. The family may have moved about 1320 from France to The Netherlands. Joseph Anton Friedrich Batsche (Badsky) was born 3 Jan 1812 in Badbergen, Artland, Germany. His parents were Johann Anton Friedrich Batsche and Bernardina Buchholz.
